Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply email info@honsaminos.com and follow instructions that will be given to you.
If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that all items must be shipped back to our warehouse, and returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Areas: USA only.
Tracking: You will receive tracking via email when your order ships. Please check your spam folder.
We ship from California via USPS shipping, typically around 9AM PDT, on Weekdays Only.
Please watch for package delivery days and times, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.
